Hello all,

Lately a number of people have added me to their friends list. Thank you all for wanting to read about my life and my thoughts about it. BUT PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT INTRODUCING YOURSELF.

I have made some very wonderful friends through Lj and I want to know about you. how did you find my journal? Was it through my Kink education workshops? Did we meet at a Pagan Festival? Did we meet on another site?

When someone friends me, I take the time to view their friends to see who we have in common, but that doesn't mean your are going to end up on my friends list. As well, if you do choose to friend me, I post a lot of entries as "public" so please don't be offended if I don't friend you back. I lj from work and have to watch content. If you meme a lot or post video after video, often I will just skip over that and eventually follow your lj outside of my F-list. I'm not saying my friends list never posts memes or videos, but there are also some "meater" posts.

So if you are going to friend me, at least let me know how you came across my blog.

The next workshops will be held on Sunday, 20 July 2008 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at Goodhandy's (2nd floor, 120 Church St. @ Richmond St.).

Noted BDSM author and educator Trevor Jacques will present "Introduction to Electrical Play". Janine Liliefeldt, manager of The Stag Shop, will present "Fun With Sex Toys".

Doors will open at 1:30pm. Admission is $10.00 and restricted to persons 19 years of age or older. The bar will be open, but please note that individuals who appear to be alcohol-impaired will not be allowed to participate in the "hands-on" portion of the workshops.

I was in Caer Avalon with Scout and Daisy who are friends with Kathryn ( Kitty-Kat) who is in the book club with G and Sir Dart who is one of my Doms and was at His party tonight...

It's a very small world.

Two games. lost the 1st by about 4 runs and won the 2nd by one run.

I was catcher today. it isn't my thighs that are hurting right now but my knees.

I was feeling kinda meh today. had bad at bats. struck out a bunch of times got walked once and was tagged out once. yet the other team named me MVP for our second game.

Frey said "look to my fields for the rune" so I looked for insperation in the fallowed fields near work expecting to see a pattern or something....

nothing.

I'm doodling bindrune ideas for Siggy, on the way tothe game today and clueX4 strikes...

I think she'll like it. It's very Frey but different enough from mine.

David Elliot (a lawyer who helped made same sex marriage possible in Ontario) married his same sex partner yesterday.

The news report on CBC mentioned that George Smitherman (Out gay provincial Minister of Health) was at the ceremony with his same sex partner he married last year....

Shouldn't they have just said Smitherman was there with his husband?

Apperantly equal but different still applies.

Taking up the Runes arrived last night!!! Hurray!!!

It also dawned on me that Fehu (Frey's rune) is very similar to the Ogham for Oak(Duir). Which up until last harvest was the "craftname" I was using... Yep. If there was any doubt to the path I'm walking with Frey, it's RAPIDLY fading. The "random" connections between us are becoming less and less subtle.

Seeing your best friend and his wife for the first time in over a year is great!

Realizing that it's leaving you with only 5 hours of sleep... not so great.

But so very worth it.

Std free. Although the Heb B shots from last year didn't take.

All blood numbers down including sugars. Tri-glydes down a full point into the "normal" range. BP also normalized under same conditions as a month ago. if anything under more stress but BP still down.

Cholesterols up, but still counted as "low" Dr. Malcom was concerned they were too low. Good is still higher than bad.

Dr. Malcom also tested for testosterone. came back borderline low so he gave me a low-dose gel to try for a month and we'll do a test in a month.

Baseline weight was 346. First goal is to have lost 6 lbs by my next app't Aug 11th.
